mark spaeth’s blog is a great read for anyone who is looking for something more than just the average blog. He explains in depth the different levels of self-awareness. He even goes so far as to say that we are all in the process of growing self-awareness.
Spaeth says, “A lot of people are asking me what it means to be conscious. It’s not like I can tell them, ‘Well, if you don’t self-conscious, you’ll never feel anything.’ I think it’s sort of like being aware of yourself and your own needs, wants, desires and likes and dislikes. When you feel good or confident, you’re feeling that way because you are doing something that makes you feel good.
Its not self-conscious to feel guilty. You feel guilty when you are taking a wrong turn or not taking care of yourself. To feel guilty, you need to feel that you are doing something wrong. Just because you don’t feel good or confident doesn’t mean you didn’t do anything. Feeling good or confident does not mean you did something right.
I don’t believe in a magic bullet for getting rid of bad habits. I believe that being aware of our habits and doing the things we know we should do helps us change them. I think our habits are the most important thing about us, and if we don’t feel good about them, then they won’t change.
Yes, you should feel good about your habits, but you should do more than feel good. You should be able to say to yourself “yes this is what I am supposed to be doing” and “no this isn’t what I am supposed to do”. To feel good about what you are doing is an illusion. I would say that the best way to rid yourself of bad habits is to do it wrong.
Why? We already have our own habits, routines, and impulses, but we’ve also taken a lot of things into our own hands. We have to get rid of them for good, and we shouldn’t be able to stop it. The real question is why. Because it’s hard to take on a new, life-changing habit. One of the biggest problems we have is that we can’t take our old habits on ourselves.
Most of us have a huge amount of habitual patterns that we are unable to undo. For example, we probably have a couple of bad habits that we cannot change right now. Some of these habits are caused by our childhood, others by our upbringing, and some are due to our parents. We have a lot of habits that we are unable to change because we have a lot of other habits holding us back.
This is a big reason why we have so many bad habits we have because we have so many bad habits we have. As you know, bad habits are a huge problem in the world today because they cause the biggest problems. But most of the most serious problems we have are caused by bad habits. So, while you can change your bad habits, you cant change the ways you have been doing bad habits.
Bad habits are habits that are not good. And the things that you have been doing that are bad habits are also the things that you have done that are not good. As a result, you are never going to get rid of bad habits unless you are willing to make changes in your life.
Mark Spaeth has been a bad habit his whole life. He’s been a drug addict, and a porn addict, and he’s been a bad habit as well. All of these habits have been bad habits and they were all because he didn’t realize his bad habits were bad habits. At least that’s how he sees it. But as a result of bad habits, he has created a new bad habit.
