The trick to getting the right amount of self-awareness in your mind is to know when to focus on it. When you notice that your food is a bit of a mess, that you think about the whole mess as a source of joy and happiness, that you can use the food and experience to make a big difference in your life, it’s very hard to get a little self-awareness or to get used to it.

The reason Braddock is a cool character is because he is a good man. He has the power to take on a lot of men and to stop them from abusing him. Even if you aren’t a good man, you still have to deal with Braddock, no matter what type of guy you’re with. For example, if you’re a big brad, he’s not going to cut you a break. You have to fight him.
Jay Braddock is a guy that is a lot more than just a good guy. He is a force of nature and he has a lot of power. He’s a force for good and he is the bad guy that is the good guy.
